Mining: geological data and AI collaboration

Mining is a priority for our industry collaborations. We want to work with exploration teams and geological consultancies on the practical work between collecting observations and preparing data for technical review.

Start with a defined geological task

A useful starting point is a recurring task: organize descriptions from an exposure, reconcile field notes with photographs, or prepare a consistent table for review. Agree on the required output, identifiers and units before choosing an automation approach.

Preserve evidence and uncertainty

Any proposed AI workflow should keep the source of each observation available and distinguish missing data from an interpretation. A geologist should be able to review corrections and reject unsupported output. These are design requirements for collaboration, not claims about a released mining product.

What is available today

G-Spyke is available for stratigraphic logging on iOS and Android. It is not a mineral resource estimation package or a mine planning system. Our industry-specific AI work is in development.

Define a pilot together

Bring a representative dataset you are authorized to share, a task owner and an example of the expected result. We can discuss a bounded pilot and agree how to assess review time, corrections and traceability before deciding what to build.
